1.     Our Privacy Commitment to our Customers

We recognize, respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all our customers.  We realize that our customers entrust us with personal information and it is our policy to maintain our customers’ information in a confidential manner.  We are committed to providing the highest level of security and privacy regarding the collection and use of our customer’s personal information, as well as personal information of all customers who visit our institution and website.

2.     Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our customers, to those employees who need to know that information, to provide products or services to our customers.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard our customers’ nonpublic personal information.

3.     Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect

The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service we provide.  This information can include but is not limited to Social Security number, income, account balances, payment history, credit history, or overdraft history.

Personal information can be collected in a number of ways that include but are not limited o opening a new account, taking a customer deposit, paying customer bills, taking loan applications or processing debit card transactions.

4.     Nonpublic Personal Information We Disclose

We do not disclose, nor do we reserve the right to disclose, any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except to other third parties as permitted by law.

5.     Notify Us of Inaccurate Information We Report to Consumer Reporting Agencies

Our customers or former customers should report to us any inaccurate information about their account(s) to a consumer reporting agency.
