This account has unlimited transfers when the transfers are made in person, at the ATM, by messenger or by mail. Interest is paid quarterly.

MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum to open is $25.00.  There will be a $2.00 charge if your balance falls below $100.00 during the statement cycle.

FEES: We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. This rate is subject to change daily. You are allowed two FREE withdrawals a month / $2.00 for each thereafter.

EAGLE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program.  Under that program, through December 31, 2009, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account.  Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules. The NOW Checking Account does qualify for coverage under the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program but the Prime Interest, Super NOW and NOW Tiered Checking accounts do not qualify.
