When I purchased my first home, in Northwest Arkansas in 2003, I quickly realized choosing the right mortgage product is one of the most important financial decisions of a lifetime. After closing on the home, I became so intrigued with the overall process of obtaining financing from a lender and a closing with a title company, that I decided to pursue a career in the mortgage industry. In 2004, I applied for a position with Waco Title Company, where I gained basic knowledge of the title process. Shortly thereafter I was approached by Iberia Mortgage and offered a position in loan processing. I spent the next 14 years working various positions with Iberia Mortgage, which resulted in gaining a wealth of experience in all facets of the mortgage industry.
