Morgan grew up in Longview, Texas, surrounded by a family of real estate professionals. Her love for real estate and all things home related began early, as she spent her childhood on construction sites with her dad and learning about Good Faith Estimates from her mom.

After relocating to Arkansas in 2006, Morgan graduated from Little Rock Central High School. Even as a senior in high school, her talent and drive stood out, leading her to join a small, family-owned mortgage company as a Processing Assistant. She quickly climbed the ranks, mastering processing, junior underwriting, and closing loans, key behind-the-scenes steps essential to a seamless transaction.

Morgan takes immense pride in originating mortgage loans, focusing on ensuring her clients feel educated, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. She often says, “Nobody wants a mortgage lender—they want a home. I’m just the necessary means of getting them there, so I strive to make the experience enjoyable.
