Eagle Bank’s Community Support
Eagle Bank|September 16, 2022Eagle Bank takes pride in supporting our communities
For over 103 years Eagle Bank has continuously served our customers and communities in Arkansas. In addition to offering the traditional financial services of a community bank, we are proud to provide countless hours of volunteerism from our staff by participating in many community events and fundraisers as well as serving non-profit organizations as members of Boards, Committees, and other community organizations.
Eagle Bank remains committed to our communities by providing financial donations, sponsorships, and other types of contributions to non-profit and charity organizations throughout our markets. The bank supports fundraising efforts by participating in golf tournaments, toy and food drives, health care events, as well as veteran, teacher, police, and firefighter appreciation activities.
Eagle Bank participated in the 2022 Summer Cereal Drive sponsored by the Arkansas Food Bank and THV 11, one of Arkansas’ largest and best-known hunger relief initiatives. We provided collection boxes at all Eagle Bank locations allowing customers and bank staff to donate food items.
Eagle Bank recently provided a financial contribution to the City of Greers Ferry to build a new stage in its City Park. Eagle Bank Stage is a beautiful venue that will allow Greers Ferry to host many events and activities for all to enjoy.
The City of Concord presented a plan to Eagle Bank to help fund the construction of a stage in their city park. Eagle Bank Bandstand was completed and hosted its first event to celebrate the rich history of Concord and their July 4th activities this summer.
Eagle Bank proudly supports our local schools through volunteering and financial contributions to support athletic programs, clubs, and other activities. Eagle Bank employees annually participate in the American Bankers Association Teach Children to Save Program in many of the schools in the various Eagle Bank markets. Additionally, Eagle Bank funds the annual Felts Rector Scholarship which is awarded to a graduating High School Senior to help fund college tuition.
