Cathy Owen elected 2021-2023 Board of Directors for American Bankers Association
Eagle Bank|October 21, 2020Cathy Owen, Chairman of Eagle Bank, was recently elected to the American Bankers Association Board of Directors for the 2021-2023 term. The Board of Directors is made up of twenty bankers from across the United States, and Cathy was one of six to be elected on October 20. In addition, she serves on the American Bankers Government Relations Committee and will Chair their Professional Development Committee. Owen also serves as Chairman & CEO of State Holding Company, Manager of One Financial Centre, President of Your Global Source Partner, and also serves on the Board of Hastings Holdings.
Owen also currently serves as Chairman of the Baptist Hospital Foundation Board and on the Fifty For the Future Funding Committee. She has served as an Arkansas State Fair Talent & Queen Judge for the past fourteen years. She is a past Chairman of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, the only female to have served as Chairman for the Arkansas Bankers Association, Past President of the Arkansas Arts Center Fine Arts Club, and an Alumna of the National Security Forum Air War College.
